Hi I'm Amy. I am a Healer, a Guide, and a Coach. I am a Hypnotherapist. Together, you and I will explore your past, understand your present, and create your future.

I'm a Colorado native, with a business degree from the University of Colorado - Boulder, and an honors graduate of the Hypnosis Motivation Institute, the only accredited college of Hypnotherapy.

I've spent my adult life exploring spirituality, various healing modalities, and all things self-help related. I've found inspiration in the works of Caroline Myss, Gary Zukav, Brian Weiss, and many others. I've combined all that I've learned into my Hypnotherapy practice. In our work together, we explore your inner world to create outer change, helping you to navigate the twists and turns, hills and valleys, breakdowns and obstacles that come on every life’s journey.

Hypnotherapy – which includes Life Coaching, Therapeutic Imagery, and other healing modalities— is a powerful vehicle that can help you move forward in achieving the healthy and fulfilling life you deserve. This work can help release limiting beliefs, replace unwanted habits, and tune up the mechanics of the mind; resulting in improved relationships, and greater success and happiness in every aspect of your life.

I conduct individual Hypnotherapy and Past Life Regression sessions online or in-person at your location in Colorado Springs, Boulder, Denver, and select other Colorado towns, for both individuals and groups.

I am certified in hypnotherapeutic Guided Imagery, Grief Recovery, Weight Loss, E&P Relationship Strategies, and Past Life Regression.
