I’m a helper at heart. I spent 4 years of my life as a Mom who lost her baby, helpIng other grieving parents release their guilt, forgive themselves and learn to love life again after infant loss. It was emotionally draining and challenging at times but to see people find peace, hope & comfort made it worth it. Many went on to have babies again. Now, as a trained life coach & certified master hypnotist, I use my skills to help other Mothers, professional helpers, and healers overcome their emotional burnout, stress, and anxiety.
