I am a clinical hypnotherapist and life coach using holistic methods such as hypnosis, meditation, mindfulness, Reiki, crystal healing, aromatherapy, and light therapy. I believe in the power of the mind, and because our minds are so powerful, we can change whatever it is that is holding us back from realizing positive health and well-being.
I am a doctoral student in Clinical Psychology with a completion date in 2026.
