I’m a certified Transpersonal Hypnotherapist and a member of the National Association of Transpersonal Hypnotherapy. My work focuses on helping clients identify and reframe outdated beliefs and values that may be holding them back, guiding them toward a life that aligns with their soul’s true desires. I specialize in Anxiety and Stress Relief, Past Life Regression, Inner Child Healing, Parts Therapy, and Chakra Cleansing.

Even though I’m newly certified, I’ve always been naturally attuned to healing energy, supporting others through difficult and transformative moments. For the past three years, I’ve been the proud co-owner of a Holistic Healing and Wellness shop in Covington, GA, where I’ve served the community with modalities like Crystal Healing, Chakra Alignment and Cleansing, Reiki, and Herbal Medicine. Now, I’m excited to add Transpersonal Hypnotherapy and Spiritual Life Coaching to the mix—helping others tap into their inner wisdom and create meaningful change from the inside out.
