Originally from Phnom Penh, Cambodia, I immigrated to the United States in 1992 and am a proud mother of three. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare and Business Administration from Concordia University, St. Paul, bringing both professional knowledge and genuine compassion to my work.

I specialize in helping clients manage anxiety, childhood trauma, anger, depression, and other emotional challenges. Through a supportive, client-centered approach, I use hypnotherapy to help uncover limiting patterns, promote healthier thinking, and empower meaningful personal growth.
