Who can be listed?
Therapists, counsellors, hypnotherapists, coaches and wellness providers with a Hypnotes account. A profile is listed once the e-mail address is verified and the profile is complete: a photo, a title, at least one specialty, a bio, and a practice name and logo.
What does the listing cost?
Nothing on top of your plan. The directory listing is included in every Hypnotes plan, from $22 a month billed yearly ($26 month to month). There is no listing fee, no commission and no per-client charge. Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial, no credit card required. After the trial you can also stay on the Directory plan: the listing and the booking page at no charge, with room for up to 5 clients.
Do the clients belong to me?
Yes. Clients who find you in the directory book into your calendar, pay you directly and keep working with you for as long as you both choose. Their records live in your account.
How do clients book?
Your profile links to your online booking page, where clients pick a service and a free time in your calendar. They receive a confirmation and reminders; you can ask them to pay online when they book.
How soon does my profile appear?
Within a few minutes of your profile being complete and set to public. It then appears in the directory and on the pages for each of your specialties and your country.
Can I use Hypnotes without being listed?
Yes. Set your profile to private and it is left out of the directory and its pages. Everything else works as before.
Are there client reviews or ratings?
No. Professional codes of ethics advise against soliciting testimonials from current clients, so profiles carry no star ratings. Clients choose by specialty, approach, location and your own words.
