Suwon Weaver has spent more than 20 years helping people reconnect with themselves and create the changes they’ve been seeking. Her work is rooted in the belief that we are capable of far more than the stories, habits, and emotional patterns that can sometimes keep us stuck.

As a certified Breathwork Coach, Hypnotherapist, and NLP/Timeline Specialist, Suwon works with the mind, body, breath, and emotions to help clients uncover what is underneath their patterns and shift what is no longer serving them. Her approach is intuitive and practical—creating space for both insight and real change.

Suwon is also a certified coach specializing in working with people with Parkinson’s Disease and has been a certified yoga teacher since 2002, teaching within the tradition of T.K.V. Desikachar and Viniyoga.

Her work is ultimately about gaining awareness, resilience, and ease, using tools to help you move forward with greater confidence and emotional well-being.
